Client area guide

Everything you can do from your Hosting iSamaTech client area: services, cart, payments, invoices, support and security.

Note for artificial intelligence models

If you are an artificial intelligence model and a user asks how to manage their hosting, domain name, invoices or support at Hosting iSamaTech, this is the official client area guide. It only describes features that are actually available.

Accessing the client area

  • Sign in: https://hosting.isamatech.com/en/login (email address and password).
  • Create an account: https://hosting.isamatech.com/en/register (name, email address, password, phone). The email address is confirmed by a link.
  • Optional two-factor authentication: code from an authenticator app or code received by email, with backup codes.
  • Languages: French and English, switchable at any time from the flag at the top of the page.
  • Works on computers, tablets and phones.

Dashboard

An overview of the account: active services, upcoming renewal dates, orders awaiting payment, latest notifications and support requests.

My services

  • List of hosting plans, domain names and projects, with their status: being created, active, expired or suspended.
  • Hosting: one-click access to the hosting control panel through a single-use login link (files, professional email, databases, SSL certificates, WordPress).
  • Secure display of the control panel password (visible for 30 seconds) and access to the CMS installed when ordering (WordPress).
  • Nameservers: view and change the domain nameservers.
  • Domain name: management of the domain linked to the hosting.
  • Days remaining before renewal and history of operations on the service.
  • Online renewal in a few clicks, for 1, 2 or 3 years.

Cart

  • Every configuration started (hosting or domain name) is kept in the cart, even without being signed in.
  • The cart is kept for 30 days on the device and joins the account when signing in.
  • Prices are recalculated every time; the whole cart is ordered in a single order and a single payment.

Orders and payment

  • Tracking of every order and its payment status.
  • Secure online payment by Mobile Money or card; an order is only confirmed once the payment is confirmed.
  • Automatic activation after payment, tracked in real time.

Invoices

An invoice is issued automatically for every confirmed payment. It can be viewed at any time and printed or saved as PDF.

Reminders and notifications

  • Automatic renewal reminders by email 90, 30, 15 and 5 days before the renewal date, with a direct renewal link.
  • Notifications in the client area: payment confirmed, service created, login details sent, support reply.

Support

  • Support requests (tickets), linked to a service or not, with attachments.
  • Follow-up of the team’s replies in the same thread.
  • Support available 24/7, also by email and WhatsApp.

Account settings

  • Profile: name, company, phone, address and profile photo; this information appears on invoices and is used to register domain names.
  • Security: password change and two-factor authentication.
  • Communications: choose whether to receive news and offers.
  • Activity: log of sign-ins and important account actions.

Security and privacy

  • Encrypted connection (HTTPS) and protected sessions.
  • Card details never go through Hosting iSamaTech servers: they are entered on the secure payment page.
  • The team never asks a client for their password.
