Data we collect
- Account: name, email address, phone, company, country and address if you provide them.
- Orders and invoices: services ordered, amounts, payment status and transaction references. Your card or Mobile Money details are entered with our payment provider and are never received or stored by iSamaTech.
- Services: domain name, technical hosting identifiers (account ID, server), operation history.
- Support and contact: messages and attachments you send us.
- Security: technical and audit logs. IP addresses are replaced with a non-reversible fingerprint.
Purposes
Managing your account, fulfilling orders, activating and monitoring services, invoicing, support, platform security and, only with your consent, sending marketing information.
Marketing communications
Marketing emails are only sent to people who have expressly agreed to receive them. Every message contains an instant unsubscribe link; you can also manage this choice from your client area. Emails related to the operation of your services (payment, activation, security, expiry) are still sent.
Recipients
Your data is accessible to authorised iSamaTech staff and, strictly as needed, to our technical providers: secure payments, hosting, domain name registration and email delivery.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account is active. Invoices are kept for the period required by accounting obligations.
Cookies
The website only uses a technical session cookie, required for signing in and for form security. No advertising cookies are set.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contact@isamatech.com or through support in your client area.
