FR Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Hosting iSamaTech website, the client area and the ordering of the web hosting and domain name services provided by iSamaTech (RCCM MA.BKO.2023.A.8142, 91096 Faladié, Bamako, Mali).
Client account
Ordering online requires an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential. Any activity carried out from your account is deemed to have been carried out by you.
Prices and orders
Displayed prices are those recorded at the time of the order. They are charged in CFA francs (XOF); amounts in US dollars are indicative only. The price applied is always the one calculated by our servers, regardless of any information sent by the browser. Domain extensions not listed are quoted on request.
Payment
Online payments are processed by our secure payment provider. An order is only considered paid once the payment has been confirmed to our servers; the page displayed after payment is not proof of payment. An invoice is issued for every confirmed payment.
Activation
- Hosting: account creation starts once payment is confirmed. The service is only displayed as active once its creation has been confirmed by the hosting infrastructure.
- Domain names: registration is carried out by our team after payment confirmation, subject to the name being available.
Term, renewal and expiry
Services (hosting and domain names) are prepaid for the chosen period. Reminders are sent before expiry; renewal is done from the client area. A service that is not renewed may be suspended after its expiry date.
Ethical charter
In line with its values, iSamaTech does not provide any service, including hosting, intended to create or promote projects or campaigns contrary to the principles of Islam, such as music, sexual content, gambling, illicit trade or financial interest (riba). iSamaTech reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service that does not comply with this charter.
Acceptable use of hosting
Services must not be used for illegal activities, unsolicited email, distribution of malware or any action that harms the security of the infrastructure or of third parties.
Liability
iSamaTech uses the necessary means to keep its services running properly. The client remains responsible for the content they publish and for keeping their own additional backups.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Malian law. Any dispute will first be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution.
